Yacht Rental Singapore FAQs

Practical answers for booking a private crewed charter. Prices, weather, and capacity questions land here — not on the contact form.

Browse our fleet, select your preferred dates and yacht, choose your time slot and guest count, customise hours and additional services, then complete checkout. Your booking is subject to owner approval. Changes require confirmation and may affect the price. Rescheduling is at the owner’s discretion and charges may apply; see our cancellation policy.

Compare the vessel, crew, guest allowance, hours, route, fuel allowance and any separate charges in your quote. Catering, decorations and entertainment are optional extras. Check the selected yacht’s facilities and the final quoted total before booking.

When booking, select your preferred yacht, date, time slot, guest count, and rental duration (in hours). Add any services like catering or entertainment. Your boat selection is part of securing your preferred date and time slot. Contact our team to request changes after booking. Changes depend on availability and owner approval, and revised prices or fees may apply.

Ask for the selected vessel’s insurance details and the scope and limits that apply to your charter. Check these against your planned activities before confirming; a general description of yacht rental does not establish the coverage of a particular policy.

Attend as booked unless advised otherwise. The captain assesses conditions onsite; rain alone does not cancel a charter. During a thunderstorm the captain may advise shelter onboard or choose to reschedule. The charter is considered fulfilled once the yacht leaves the embarkation point. Food and beverage orders are non-refundable. See the wet-weather policy.

Yes. Our fleet ranges from affordable catamarans to luxury superyachts. Every booking is a crewed private charter rather than a self-drive hire, so a professional crew is always included. Whether you need a small boat for a private family outing or a large vessel for a corporate event, our platform makes it easy to compare and book the perfect boat for your needs. See boat rental vs yacht charter in Singapore for the difference.

Check the capacity on each yacht page and enter your full guest count for a quote. Maximum capacity and the guests included in a base rate are different. For a group that exceeds one vessel’s capacity, discuss the arrangements with our team before booking.

Available payment options are shown during checkout. Contact our team before confirming if you need a corporate quotation, invoice or a particular payment arrangement.

Follow the boarding instructions for your booked yacht, including the meeting point and arrival time. Ask about footwear, storage, changing facilities and any equipment you plan to bring. Confirm access and any extra time needed for decorations before arranging your event.

The total depends on the yacht, date, time, guest count, duration and optional add-ons. Our yacht rental pricing guide shows dated examples including GST and the guest basis. Select your exact details on a yacht page to get the current quote before booking.

A full-day quote depends on the yacht, date, start and end times, guests and selected extras. Extended hours can have different rates, so a four-hour starting price cannot simply be doubled. Enter your intended duration on the yacht page or contact our team for a quote.

A short charter’s base rate cannot be used to calculate a week-long trip. Contact our team to ask whether a suitable vessel and itinerary are available, then request a quote for the actual duration, guests, crew arrangements and extras.

Day-type rates vary by yacht and date, including holidays and their eves. Compare the same yacht, hours, guests and extras on your intended dates; there is no single fleet-wide percentage surcharge. Our yacht rental pricing guide shows dated examples and quote assumptions.

Check that both quotes cover the same charter length, the same day type, and the same guest count, then confirm whether GST, fuel, crew and the security deposit are already included. A quote shown before GST looks cheaper than an all-in price for the identical charter. Our guide on how to compare yacht charter quotes walks through the full checklist and a worked example.

Most charters head for the Southern Islands, with Lazarus Island, St John's Island and Kusu Island the usual anchorages for swimming and lunch, and a harbour cruise past the city skyline as the alternative. Your route is shaped by which marina you leave from and how many hours you book. See our guide to yacht destinations in Singapore for sample itineraries.

Check the selected yacht’s boarding location, then follow the meeting point and arrival instructions in your booking. Allow for travel and parking, and confirm any decoration setup time separately. Use our Singapore marina guide to plan the journey; your booking instructions determine where to meet.

Yachtly lists private crewed charters. Bareboat or self-drive hire puts you at the helm, so check which service a provider is offering. Read boat rental vs yacht charter in Singapore for the comparison, then check the selected vessel and quote.
