Cancellation Policy

Refunds
- All confirmed bookings are non-refundable but are transferrable. Reschedule is at the discretion of the owner and charges may apply.
COVID-19:
- We have a tiered COVID-19 response plan. When there are extenuating circumstances which prevent or hinder yacht owners from delivering fully a private yacht booking, which include but are not limited to necessary changes to operations owing to further Safe Management Measures directed by the Government (e.g. restrictions during Phase 2 (Heightened Alert)) etc.), we shall undertake the following options for clients whose bookings are affected by such circumstances:
  1. Partially refund the additional guests and add-on services on top of the base rate of that booking and proceed; followed by
  2. Notwithstanding the above, there are no refunds or reschedules for bookings even if pax are tested positive for COVID-19, unless agreed by the yacht owners.
  3. Reschedule to a mutually agreeable date and time, subjected to an administrative fee when applicable.
- Bookings are transferrable to another party, and the party is taken as have agreed to all Terms and Conditions as well as Policies, and be bounded by them.
