Capacity is the maximum number of guests a yacht can carry. The starting rates below cover each yacht's base guest count, which can be lower than its capacity. Extra guests may increase the price. Select your actual group size to compare totals.

Weekend and public-holiday prices are set per yacht and date. There is no single fleet-wide surcharge. Compare the same yacht, guest count, hours and add-ons; a weekday rate cannot be used to calculate a weekend or holiday quote.
Divide the quote for your actual group by the number of guests sharing the cost. Do not divide a base rate by the yacht's maximum capacity: additional guests can carry extra charges. A larger group can change both the total and the per-person price.
Private hire includes the yacht and crew. Check the vessel listing and quote for its route, fuel allowance and onboard amenities. Catering, drinks, décor, entertainment, extra hours and paid activities are optional; only selected extras are included in your total.
Review the cancellation policy and wet-weather policy before booking. Rescheduling is subject to the owner's discretion and charges may apply.

The guide shows private charter quotes including GST for the stated hours and base guest count, without optional add-ons. Check each vessel for its crew, route, fuel allowance and amenities. Catering, drinks, décor, paid activities and extra hours are quoted separately when selected.
Usually because they are not quoting the same charter. Check that both cover the same number of hours, the same day type, and the same guest count, and confirm whether GST, fuel and crew are already in the figure. A quote shown before GST always looks cheaper than an all-in price for an identical charter.
Weekday rates can be lower, but weekend, holiday and holiday-eve pricing varies by yacht and date. Compare quotes for the same guest count, hours and add-ons. There is no fleet-wide percentage surcharge.
You charter the whole yacht, so the headline price is for exclusive use rather than a per-seat fare. Some yachts add a per-guest charge above a base headcount; where that applies it is shown on the yacht's own page before you book.
Check availability once you know your dates and guest count. There is no universal lead time or guaranteed early-booking discount. Compare current quotes for the same requirements before confirming the yacht or buying optional event services.
