What’s happening on the day of my yacht trip?

Now that you know more about the various popular boat rentals in Singapore, here’s what you can expect if you’re booking with Yachtly. Do take note that this is the typical itinerary for the minimum rental duration of 4 hours.

1) Arrive at the docking place 15 minutes before the charter time

Be sure to come 15 minutes before the booking time to meet the crew. They’ll usher you and your guests through the security gate before going onboard.

The gathering point and contact number of the crew will be stated in your booking confirmation email. Depending on the yacht you’re chartering, you’ll either meet at ONE°15 Marina Club or Marina at Keppel Bay.

2) Safety briefing

Safety comes first. Once you and your guests are settled on the yacht, the captain and crew will brief you on the safety guidelines.

3) Cruise to the Southern Islands

You’ll first cruise from the Marina towards the Southern islands, and this will take around 25 minutes.

While cruising, you’ll pass by other islands such as Kusu, St John’s, and Sisters’ Islands. The boat will then stop and anchor at Lazarus Island.

4) When the fun starts, be it water sports or BBQ

After anchoring, you can change into your swimwear and go for a swim! The crew will help set them up and get you ready!

If you’ve booked the BBQ add-on with us, you can sit back and relax as the crew prepares and cooks the food for you.

The boat will be stationed there for around 3 hours.

5) Sail back to the main island

If the City Skyline Cruise is included in your trip, you’ll sail towards the Marina Bay area to enjoy the view, before heading back to the Marina.

Do keep in mind that this is the recommended itinerary. If you’ve other plans in mind, you’re always welcome to discuss them with your captain!

Whether you’re planning for a party, corporate event, wedding, or just a getaway, make it unforgettable by chartering a boat in Singapore to host it!
