Don't get me wrong, the 5 star ratings were for the crews aboard whom provided an excellent service. The company did an excellent job in ruining my friend's plan for proposal. My friend contacted the company and mentioned that the purpose of booking of the yacht was for a proposal but the agent did not mention to him that balloons were strictly not allowed on board the yacht and there will be a $500 fine. One of the staff that assisted us on the day of the event, said that the agent would've told my friend that balloons were not allowed but no, the agent did not say anything! We had to improvise and could only decorate the yacht with fairy lights which wasn't as romantic or special and had to change the timing for my friend's proposal. The staff also mentioned that we could leave the balloon (this was a customised balloon) in their office and come back after sailing which is at 8pm to collect it even though the office closes at 7pm. We even double confirmed with the staff if it is definite that we would be able to collect the balloon and she assured us that we could. Upon reaching the office at around 820pm, the office was locked, no one was there and we would not collect the balloon. We went to get the security for help but he could not help us in unlocking the office door and this was ongoing till past 9pm where we were all very exhausted. We decided to leave as we believe we will be unable to collect it that night. Horrendous experience with this company. They don't even deserve 1 star please. I believe that you should have at least inform your customers on what items can be brought to the yacht for decorations and there will not be any issues. The only plus point was that the captains on the yacht were very nice and they made the sailing experience wonderful for all of us.
