A rude experience. There’s a major lack of customer service. Would never book with this group again. Find another boat for your family and friends.

The food was messed up from Yatchly side. The attendants at boat had no clue. Ordered ice was missing. Vegetarian food wasn’t sufficient. We ordered 5 pax and it was just some corn and they went back hungry. No one picked up phone when I reached out to Yatchly. Very poor coordination.
