The boat was awesome! There seemed to be a bit of a miscommunication between our booking (had paid for BBQ) and the skipper / host not being informed. However, they were super flexible and everything worked out well! Thank you to EK and Sam!

MyEscapade Corporate Team Building FAQs

You can book directly via the booking panel on this page—select your date, time, and guest count. For corporate bookings or if you need an invoice aligned with your company's finance process, contact us post-inquiry and we'll work with you on payment terms and documentation.

We'll arrange crew pickup at the marina. If you need transport coordination for your team to reach the marina, contact us post-booking and we can connect you with our transportation partners to arrange coach or coach services.

MyEscapade works for self-directed team building activities, staff reward outings, and corporate gift experiences. Whether you're running your own programs or just giving your team a memorable day out, the spacious deck gives you room for mini games, group activities, and natural mingling.

MyEscapade comfortably accommodates up to 32 guests—perfect for entire departments or divisions. The yacht works beautifully for mixed skill levels and experience ranges. Our professional crew has extensive experience with diverse teams: experienced sailors alongside non-swimmers, athletes alongside desk workers. All water sports are optional and our crew assists every skill level. The spacious layout ensures everyone finds their own comfort zone while staying connected as a team.

Included: professional crew coordination (timing, logistics, safety), spacious celebration spaces for up to 32 guests, unlimited water sports (kayaks, paddleboards, floating mats, snorkelling gear), soft drinks & ice, coffee, tea, and water. Optional add-ons via booking panel: catering packages (BBQ, Halal menus, private chef canapés), photography services, custom itineraries. Our crew helps facilitate your programs but doesn't impose activities—your team leads the experience.

Absolutely. You can bring your own facilitator or HR programs and run them independently on our spacious deck. Or let our professional crew suggest water-based activities, island hopping, or flexible itineraries. We adapt to your team's goals—whether it's strategic planning, creative brainstorming, celebration after achievements, or pure team bonding. No two team builds are the same, and we design each charter to match your specific objectives.

Book 4-8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and coordinate team schedules. This allows time to finalize logistics, arrange catering, plan any custom programs, and send invitations. Corporate groups often book 2-3 months ahead for major team events. Flexible last-minute availability for smaller teams or midweek charters. Check our booking system or contact our team to confirm dates and availability.
