All confirmed bookings are non-refundable but are transferable. Reschedule is at the discretion of the owner and charges may apply.

Detailed Policies:

• Cancellations less than 14 days prior: 100% of the charter fee is charged, with no refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations less than 1 month prior: Full payment of the charter fee is charged, with a refund of up to 50% allowed at TYC’s sole discretion.
• Cancellations more than 1 month in advance: TYC may allow a refund of up to 100% of the full charter fee at their discretion.
• Refunds may be in cash or credit.
• Cancellations made within office hours count towards the effective cancellation period. Cancellations made after office hours are counted from the next working day.
• Refunds apply only to the charter fee; charges for food catering or other services are not refunded.
• TYC negotiates with vendors in the clients' best interests, and vendor refund decisions may be transferred where possible. Special considerations may be made at TYC's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
